Pickled corn

Crisp and refreshing corn pickles. Recommended for the warmer months.

Ingredients

  • 1 ear of corn
  • ◆Vinegar 100CC
  • ◆Water 100CC
  • ◆Sugar 3 tbsp
  • ◆Salt (natural) 1/2 tsp
  • ◆Bay leaf 1 sheet
  • ◆Whole black peppercorns 6 grains
  • ◆Garlic 1 clove

 

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw corn into 3 equal pieces, then cut each piece into 6 wedges.
  2. Combine the ◆ ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  3. Place the raw corn into the liquid from step 2 and let cool.
  4. Then, jar it and chill in the refrigerator before serving.

 

Tips

Using fresh corn will make it even more delicious.
