Ingredients
- 1 ear of corn
- ◆Vinegar 100CC
- ◆Water 100CC
- ◆Sugar 3 tbsp
- ◆Salt (natural) 1/2 tsp
- ◆Bay leaf 1 sheet
- ◆Whole black peppercorns 6 grains
- ◆Garlic 1 clove
Instructions
- Cut the raw corn into 3 equal pieces, then cut each piece into 6 wedges.
- Combine the ◆ ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Place the raw corn into the liquid from step 2 and let cool.
- Then, jar it and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Tips
Using fresh corn will make it even more delicious.
